At the House of Sarrita, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and purity of our AYDALUME™ collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to support you.
The 7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day full refund or exchange policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
To ensure a smooth process, your item must meet the following requirements:
- Unworn Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned inside its original AYDA presentation box and protective pouch.
- Proof of Purchase: A copy of your VAT invoice or digital order confirmation must be presented.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)
Due to international health and hygiene regulations, earrings, nose pins, and belly button rings are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure that every piece of pierced jewellery we sell is 100% brand new and safe for all our customers.
Note: Custom-made or personalized pieces are also considered final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to our Dubai team via WhatsApp or Email with your order number.
- Inspection: Once the item is received at our facility, it will be inspected to confirm it meets our return conditions.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. For exchanges, your new piece will be prepared for dispatch once the original item is cleared.
Shipping Costs
For "Change of Mind" returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return courier charges. If an item is found to be defective upon delivery, the House of Sarrita will cover all associated shipping costs for the replacement.
