Shipping & Delivery

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Free shipping is available for all orders within the UAE.

  • 18KT products: Delivered within 12-14 business days.

International Shipping (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait)

  • Orders below AED 5,000 incur a shipping fee of AED 200.

  • 18KT products: Delivered within 14-21 business days.

Note: Delivery times may extend during festive seasons or due to courier delays.

Order Management

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processed.

  • Shipping address updates must be requested within 2 business days.

  • If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect details or refusal to accept, return costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

  • Cash refunds are available within one year of purchase at a 40% deduction from the invoice amount. Customers will receive 60% of the original amount in cash.

Exchange Policy

  • Customers may exchange products within one year of purchase, with a 30% deduction applied to the invoice amount. The remaining balance can be used towards a new product.

Content Liability

We are not responsible for any content appearing on external websites that link to us. If you find offensive links, please contact us for review.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for:

  • Personal injury or death caused by negligence.
