Welcome to www.sarritajewellery.com. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from the House of Sarrita and our premium sub-brand, AYDA. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Identity Verification & AML Compliance

In accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations of the UAE, all customers are required to provide a valid copy of their Emirates ID (Front & Back) to complete a purchase.

  • Verification: Your order will only be processed once a clear photo of your ID has been received and verified.
  • Right to Cancel: The House of Sarrita reserves the right to cancel any order if the customer refuses to provide the required identification.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
  • VAT: Prices are inclusive of the 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
  • Payment Security: We use secure third-party payment gateways. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

3. Product Representation

While we strive for 100% accuracy, the House of Sarrita does not warrant that product descriptions or images are error-free. Due to the nature of 925 Sterling Silver and digital displays, slight variations in color and finish may occur. All items are crafted to the AYDALUME™ standard of excellence.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We follow a 3-day delivery protocol for all UAE orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier availability. The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Hygiene

Your use of this site constitutes acceptance of our Return & Exchange Policy:

  • 7-Day Window: Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Hygiene Exclusion: Due to UAE health and safety regulations, earrings, nose pins, and belly button rings are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn and in original AYDA packaging.

6. Limitation of Liability

The House of Sarrita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
